- Group / Club / Private / Government / NGO registration rate will be at Early Bird till end of registration period. Do WhatsApp 0173809891 to get your code. For any group that is beyond 30 pax we will provide special tent for your group / team at the race venue. You can use this tent for gatherings, support tent, family station.
- Fee excludes online processing fee.
Bib transfer, cancellation and categories change
* No refund of entry fee once you’ve registered for the race, regardless of any category, in any circumstances.
* Changes of Bib name are allowed 30 days before the race date with the processing fee of RM30.
* All participants are strongly advised not to proceed with the race without the updated runner information on the Race Bib for safety reasons.

Route
Final route will be out and share 2 weeks before the event.
Eligibility
* This race is open to all ages 18 years old and above only. For Fun Run, parents/guardian consent is required for participants aged 6-17 years old.
* Participants must complete the race on foot under their own strength.
* The Organizer reserves the right to deny entry to any participants.
Pacer / External support
* Pacers and support crew are strictly prohibited.
* No external support from friends or family is allowed beyond the limits of the official checkpoints.
Medical
* There will be medical personnel on standby at the race site.
* Ambulance services are on standby as well for emergency cases.
* Participants are responsible for ensuring they are fit and healthy before starting the race. Please consult your doctor if there is any doubt.
Insurance
* Participants are to accept the risk associated with the event as per indemnity clause as per registration form.
* The organizer will not be responsible for any claim resulting from this event.
* It is recommended that you have personal accident insurance or health insurance.
* There will be no cash claim/compensation given to the runners related to this matter.
Event Cancellation
The organizers shall reserve the right to cancel or cut short the event for the following reasons: (but not limited to)
* Adverse weather conditions (haze, thunderstorm etc.)
* Dangerous trail conditions (Landslides, Flood, Tree fallen/fires blockage along the course etc.)
* Riot, endemic, pandemic, government policy changes etc.
*In such event no refund of the registration fee.
Water stations
5KM: 1 water station.
10KM: 3 water stations.
21KM: 6 water stations.
42KM: 12 water stations
Toilet is based on best case basis at the water station.
*The water station count is estimation only. It can change on the real day.
Safety
* Race bib must always be worn & visible (on the front) throughout the event.
* Participants must always stay on the marked course all the time. Short cuts/running off the trails are strictly prohibited.
* If you should have noticed marshal vehicles (motorbike / jeep) approaching during the race, please slow down and give way.
* Ensure your own safety and that of others. Be considerate of others.
Disqualified (DQ)
Cheating (using another people's bib, take shortcut, take vehicle). Create any harm to other participant or organizer or come with disturbing behaviour.
Dropping Out From The Race
If you decide to withdraw from the event, you must inform the event officials immediately and remove your race bib. Once you have dropped out of the race, you are not allowed to re-start.
Dropping out at check point
- Tell the checkpoint marshals that you've decided to drop out of the race.
- The checkpoint marshals will be able to further guide you on returning to the finishing point or with the race shuttle.
- Do note that not all checkpoints are accessible with race shuttle and even so with a limited time frame.

Insurance
There is GPA included in participant registration fee. Any claims of injuries/accident during the event, runner shall liaise with the appointed insurance agent by the organizer. There will be no cash claim/compensation given to the runners related to this matter.
General Rules and Regulations
All participants must agree to the rules and regulations before registering for the race:
- The minimum age for participation for Open category is 18 years old at the date of the event (anyone under 18 years old must provide written parental consent).
- Participants below 18 years old must be accompanied by parent/guardian.
- The Organizer reserves the right to close entries before the deadline without any notice once the race quota is full.
- The Organizer reserves the right to limit and refuse entries without reason.
- The Organizer reserves the right to contact and to interview applicants by phone or otherwise for additional information required for matters relating to their applications.
- Entry fees are non-refundable once full payment is received.
- Confirmed registrations are not transferable to other people unless they are allowed by the organizer within the transfer window.
- The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entries once the entry is accepted if any applicants provide false information, do not make the required payment, or fail to meet entry requirements as stated in the entry form.
- Should the event be cancelled due to circumstances beyond the control of the Organizer (including heavy rain, thunderstorm or disaster, public rally), no refund of the entry fee will be made, and the Organizer shall have no further responsibility and/or liability thereafter.
- No pets, or any form of wheel-run objects of transport e.g. inline skates, prams, shoes with built-in or attached rollers are not allowed on the course during the except official race and medical vehicles (unless authorized by the Organizer). Organizer reserves the right to remove participants who fail to adhere to the stipulated rules and regulations from the race route immediately.
- Running is not a risk-free sport and therefore each runner must ensure his/her health condition is fit before participating and during the race. Each runner shall be responsible for his/her own health/condition. The Organizer shall not be responsible for personal injury or death during or after the race.
- The Organizer reserves the right to disallow/disqualify any person who is known or suspected of being physically unfit to participate in the event. Should a runner get injured during the race, on case-by-case basis as recommended by medical team as appointed by the Organizer to monitor the race, such runner may be treated in hospital as designated by the Organizer with a treatment cost not exceeding the amount agreed by the Organizer and the relevant hospital.
- The organizer and its agents will not be held responsible for any issues relating to parking at the venue. Participants are advised to follow the instructions given by traffic personnel for proper parking. The organizer and its agent will not be responsible due to losses suffered in the event of break incident or vandalism to the vehicles of participants. Proper vigilance must be exercised by all participants when parking their vehicles.
Participant Waiver
- By participating I/we accept all risks necessarily resulting from my participation, which would result in loss of life or permanent injury. Accordingly, I will not be held liable to all people associated with the conduct of events and will release them against all matters arising from my participation in event. For clarification, the people released include event organizers, promoters, sponsors, managers, officers, employees, agents, contractors and volunteers including event medical and paramedical personnel and every personnel invited and asked to be involved in the event by the organizers. This release and indemnity continue forever and binds my heirs, executors, personal representatives and assignees.
- I/we understand that I park my vehicle at my own risk and assume organizers to not hold any responsibility for loss of or damage to my vehicle.
- I/we acknowledge that the event involves real risk of serious injuries, or risk of death, from various causes including over exertion, equipment failure, dehydration, accidents with other competitors, spectators and road users, the course and weather conditions, just to name a few.
- I/we understand that I should not participate in the event unless I have prepared appropriately, and my physical condition has been verified by a medical practitioner.
- I/we understand that the information that I have provided herein will be included in the organizer's database. I also understand that information of a biological nature including my name, date of birth, home state, results, career highlights and interests may be released to the media in response to general requests.
- I/we agree to abide by all the Rules of organizers which relate, in part, to safe and fair sporting practices.
- I/we grant organizers unconditional rights to use at their discretion photographic pictures and personal information in any form of media, art, advertising, trade, visual documentary, promotional material, merchandise or film coverage of any kind without compensation to me. I also waive the right to inspect and/or approve the finished product or the copy that may be used in connection therewith, or the use to which it may be applied.
- I/we have permission from my family and related sport associations to compete in this event.
General Information for Public Spectator
- Spectators will not have access to the race start and finish areas within race day. These areas will be accessible only to participants displaying their event-issued bib numbers, event crew/staff with proper credentials, and ticketed guests (where applicable). Family, friends and individuals who are not registered for the race will not be able to escort runners to the start line or greet runners at the finish line.
- We recommend that spectators support runners from elsewhere on the course and meet runners after the race in designated areas along the route.
- Private or individual cameraman/video recording personal that interested to get the media pass shall write officially to the organizer via email. Accepted applicants MUST not sell any pictures taken from the event to the public at any cost. Any case reported to the authority or to the organizer, authority or/and organizer team can claim compensation 10 times the value of all pictures taken.
- Organizer or its legal team has the right to instruct public to take down their photos taken from the event if it can cause harm to others in any way.
- Public spectators must always give ways to runners and to the organizer team as to keep the event running smoothly.
- Public spectators must always follow instructions from the organizer's crew and officials if requested as to avoid further confusion/problems.
